Tour

(includes accommodation, transport, meals, sight-seeing, two domestic flights within Egypt and Visa upon arrival):

• Per person (single room):                               $9,650

• Per person (double room):                             $7,850

• Children (above 12 years old):                       Adult cost

• Children (6-12 years old):                               $3,690 per child

• Children (2-6 years old):                                 $2,650 per child

• Children (0-2 years old):                                 No cost

 

Conference fees:

• Early Bird rate:                                               $2,150 (until 31 March 2024 only)

• Standard rate:                                                $2,850 (from 1 April 2024)

PAYMENT INSTALMENTS

• A $2,000 deposit per person is required at the time of booking, to confirm your place at the current advertised price. Those attending the conference are also required to pay a $500 deposit at the time of booking. These deposits are fully refundable until 31 March 2024.

• The balance is due by 30 April 2024.

FLIGHTS

• A $200 non-refundable deposit per person is required to guarantee your seat on the group fare international flight from Sydney or Melbourne on 20 September 2024, departing Cairo on 6 October 2024.

• The exact price for a place in the group fare flight will be announced on 15 November 2023 (tickets are booked once the seats are released in early November 2023, to ensure the most competitive price). 

• This option is likely to be unavailable after 1 December 2023.

• The balance for your flight is due by 1 July 2024 (two months prior to departure).

 

REFUND POLICY

• With current rising costs, prices are subject to change unless the deposit has been paid. 

• A full refund (excluding the $200 non-refundable group fare flight deposit) is available until 31 March 2024.

• 75% refund available until 30 April 2024.

• 50% refund available until 30 May 2024.

• 25% refund available until 30 June 2024.

• No refund is available after 30 June 2024.
